• ASP.NET 2.0
• C#
• Ajax -Java Script 
• .NET Framework 2.0 or higher
• N-tier applications
• Web Services -WCF
• Visual Studio 2005/2008 Team Suite
• Team Foundation Server
• NUnit
• SQL Server 2005, TSQL, performance enhancements 
• understand db design (normalization, tables, indexes, triggers etc)
• able to handle pressure and tight deadlines in a Agile work environment
• great communication skills
• able to write tech documents about the application
• able to analyze applications and make/recommend improvements (performance, structure etc)

Nice to have skills and experience include:
Previous experience with Business (Financial) applications development.

The ideal candidate must have 4+ years experience in .NET development and design.
