We are looking for a SQL Server 2005 Database Developer with the following skills:

• support multiple teams for db work
• write T-SQL scripts
• create DTS packages
• understand reporting services, crystal reports
• understand db design (normalization, tables, indexes, triggers etc)
• able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• great communication skills
• able to write tech documents about the databases
• understand support and implement replication
• able to analyze db and make/recommend improvements (performance, structure etc)
• know general db maintenance
• Conducting performance testing and monitoring ongoing database performance.
• Working with other developers enhancing and troubleshooting our solutions.

Nice to have skills and experience include:
Previous experience with Business (Financial) applications database development.
Exposure to SQL Server 2005, with interest of migration to SQL 2008.

The ideal candidate must have 2+ years experience in database development and design.
